1. Introduction
Welcome to Millennium Zone India. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our recruitment and consultancy services, including but not limited to employment facilitation, visa processing, ticket booking, and related services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment and Fees
2.1. All payments made for our recruitment services, including visa processing, ticketing, and administrative charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. The applicant is responsible for making full payment before any process begins. Partial payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
2.3. Once a visa has been issued and the ticket has been booked, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained. 2.4. Any additional fees due to changes in governmental policies, exchange rates, or administrative expenses shall be borne by the applicant.

3. Visa Processing and Responsibilities
3.1. Millennium Zone India facilitates visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval, as it is subject to the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
3.2. The applicant must provide accurate and authentic documents as required. Any falsification or misrepresentation will lead to immediate cancellation of services without a refund.
3.3. If an applicant’s visa application is rejected for any reason, Millennium Zone India will not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.
3.4. In case of visa issuance, if the applicant fails to travel within the stipulated time, the company will not be responsible for re-processing or re-issuing a visa. Any additional costs for reapplying will be borne by the applicant.

4. Flight Tickets and Travel Arrangements
4.1. Once flight tickets have been booked through Millennium Zone India, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.2. The company is not responsible for any airline cancellations, rescheduling, or delays.
4.3. If an applicant fails to board the flight for any reason, including personal, medical, or legal issues, the company is not responsible for rebooking or issuing a refund.
4.4. In cases where an applicant wishes to change travel dates, additional charges will apply as per the airline’s policies.

5. Employment and Responsibilities
5.1. Millennium Zone India acts only as a facilitator in recruitment and does not guarantee employment continuity, salary increments, promotions, or job security.
5.2. The employer reserves the right to terminate the employment contract as per their policies. Millennium Zone India shall not be held liable for any employment-related disputes.
5.3. It is the applicant’s responsibility to abide by the laws and regulations of the host country. Any violations leading to deportation, legal action, or fines will be the applicant’s sole responsibility.
5.4. The company shall not be responsible for any return expenses (such as return flight tickets, legal fees, or penalties) in cases of termination, deportation, or personal desire to return before contract completion.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1. No refunds shall be provided once visa processing, ticket booking, or job placement has been completed.
6.2. If an applicant voluntarily decides not to proceed after payment, they will not be eligible for a refund.
6.3. Any disputes regarding payment refunds shall be subject to the company’s discretion, but generally, once a process has started, refunds will not be granted.
6.4. If the employer cancels the offer after the visa has been issued, Millennium Zone India is not responsible for compensation or alternative job placement.

7. Responsibilities of the Applicant
7.1. The applicant must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for any job or visa.
7.2. The applicant must comply with the terms of their employment contract and abide by the legal and ethical guidelines of the host country.
7.3. Any illegal activities, absconding from duty, or violation of laws leading to arrest or deportation will be the applicant’s responsibility.
7.4. The applicant must report to the designated employer upon arrival and complete all necessary onboarding formalities as required.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
8.2. The jurisdiction for any legal matters related to these Terms and Conditions shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Millennium Zone India reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Applicants are advised to regularly check our website or contact our office for the latest updates.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Millennium Zone India’s services, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of services without refund.
